Ajanta by Pimpare — A Lifetime Dedicated to Ajanta
Shree M.R. Pimpare Ji spent more than 55 years scientifically reconstructing over 350
deteriorating murals from the UNESCO World Heritage Ajanta Caves near Aurangabad,
Maharashtra, India. His longest reconstruction — a 73ft × 4ft panel from Cave 10 —
earned an entry in the Limca Book of Records.
